I'm Fernanda — Brazilian, living in London for 10 years. Back home, pão de queijo is part of everyday life. The smell, the warmth, the taste — it's the kind of thing that stays with you.
My kids love it too, and watching them enjoy it made me realise how much this little bread carries.
So I decided to bring it to London properly — made by hand, with love, the way it's always been done.
Together with a dear friend, we are on a mission to bring pão de queijo to the world — starting right here in London.
